Our inception traces back to 1993 when we established ourselves as an educational institution in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a primary focus on women’s education, inspired by the vision of Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole.
Named in homage to this renowned social reformer who dedicated his life to the empowerment of women, our institution proudly carries forward his legacy as a steadfast advocate for women’s education and empowerment.
Today, we have evolved into a co-educational institution that warmly welcomes students from all the walks of society. We are dedicated to fostering a global perspective that harmonizes with national priorities while concurrently instilling values, professionalism, social consciousness, and a proactive spirit of entrepreneurship.
Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule University is Rajasthan’s first private University to get be recognized by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR) as Scientific Industrial Research organization (SIROs). It has collaborations with MacMillan Research Group UK, providing international scholarship and co publication opportunities.
Jaipur: The Pink City of India
The Hawa Mahal is perhaps Jaipur’s most iconic landmark. Built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, this unique five-story palace is constructed of red and pink sandstone.
Architectural Marvel: Its fascinating facade, resembling the crown of the Hindu god Krishna, is punctuated with 953 small windows, known as jharokhas.
Purpose: The lattice-work windows were designed to allow the royal ladies to observe everyday life and processions on the street below without being seen by the public, in accordance with the strict purdah (veil) system.
Climate Control: The ingenious design allowed cool air to circulate through the palace, making it pleasantly cool during the hot summer months, which is how it earned its name, “The Palace of Winds.”

General Guidelines and Rules for the Tournament

Eligibility :
- Proof of Annual Subscription Fee and AIU Registration Fee paid to AIU, New Delhi.
- Identity Cards having latest Photographs duly signed by the competent Authority.
- The Team manager must be accompanied by the Manager/Coach as per AIU norms.
- The Team manager should bring 4 copies of the Eligibility Performa duly typed and signed by the competent authority and submit the same at the arrival. The players should bring individual photo identity cards attested by the competent authority of their respective Universities. No overwriting is permitted on the Eligibility Proforma. Recent identity card, 10th and +2 marksheet, Diploma/Degree Provisional Certificate (as the case may be) and Migration case, if any, of the players duly signed by player and attested by the competent authority of the concerned Universities.

Accommodation :
- Accommodation and bedding will be provided to the participants and officials by the University with nominal charges.
- A security deposit of Rs. 2000/- per team (Refundable) will be collected. The amount will be refunded at the time of checkout with deduction in respect of damages (if any).
- Accommodation will be available 24 hrs. before the tournament and will have to be vacated within 12 hrs. of the last match.

FOOD:
- Vegetarian food will be provided on nominal charges as per time schedule. (Tea, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
- Canteen facility also available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM in campus.
General Instructions :
- Universities should submit their entries through the proper channel (Sports Council/Director of Physical Education/Registrar).
- Last date for submission of entries: 15th November 2025.
- Each university team may consist of a maximum of 5 players + 1 Manager/Coach
- The Tournament will be organized as per latest rules and regulations of AIU.
- Table Tennis matches will be played with standard balls.
- The meeting of all the Managers/Coaches of participating team will be held on 14 December 2025 at 3:00 PM in Seminar Hall, MJRPU Knowledge Campus.
- The decision of the Organizing Committee will be final and binding to all participating Teams.
- Change in venue, fixture, and time is reserved with the organizing secretary of the tournament.
- Teams must report in proper playing kit 15 minute before their schedule time of the match.
- Players and officials must maintain discipline and sportsmanship on and off the field
- Players are subject to Anti-Doping Rules of NADA/WADA. Any violation will lead to strict disciplinary action.
- Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or banned substances is strictly prohibited.
- Any act of indiscipline will lead to immediate disqualification of the team.
- First-aid and medical facilities will be available at the venue.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes in the schedule, rules, or regulations if deemed necessary.
- All matters not explicitly covered by these rules shall be referred to the Organizing Committee, whose decision shall be final.
Matches :
- Matches will be played at Table Tennis Court
- Officiating Fee will be charged as per AIU Rules.
- Team must report in proper playing kit 15 minute before their scheduled time of match.
- The objection, if any, will be considered as per AIU Rules. The Objection fee will also be charged as per AIU rules.

- Weather in the month of December is too cold (temperature around 8 to 10o C)
